Ingredients for making Shrimp and Meat Soup Cake: For 4 people
– 500g bone marrow
– 300gr fresh shrimp
– 400gr Noodle – Tuble (TBX Noodle – Tuble)
– White radish: 2
– 30g raw vegetables (one bean sprouts/lettuce/basil)
– Ground pepper 10 gr
– Green onion 10 gr
– Fresh chili 5 gr
– Purple onion 10 gr

How to make shrimp and meat tube soup
Step 1 Prepare ingredients
After buying pork bones, wash them thoroughly , then put them in boiling water to make the broth clearer , then take them out, rinse with water, and drain.
Peel fresh shrimp, wash and drain.
Peel the white radish, wash with water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the purple onions, cut them into thin slices, then put them in a pan of oil to make fried onions.
Peel the onions, wash them, cut them in half and then grill them on the stove to make the onions fragrant and the broth sweeter.
Wash coriander and green onions, then chop finely (or cut into pieces as you like). Put the green onion ends in a separate bowl to stir-fry with minced meat.
Wash the bean sprouts and lettuce, then put them in a basket to drain.
Step 2: Stir-fry shrimp
Put a little cooking oil in the pan with the green onions, stir well until fragrant, then add peeled fresh shrimp.
Then add in a little seasoning powder, MSG, fish sauce and a little sugar and mix well until the shrimp absorbs the seasoning and cooks evenly.
Step 3 Cook the broth
Put white radish, grilled onions and pork bones in a pot of water, then stew over medium heat for 45 minutes to help the pork bones cook slowly and become more tender.
