PRODUCTION PROCESS

1. MATERIAL SELECTION

The main material is rice flour provided by Tu Nuong , a powder production facilities of the village famous Sa Dec
 The Organic Color for straws selected from production facilities from vegetable colors, pink (magenta plant), orange (cochinchinensis), blue (Blue pea), yellow ( Danh Danh – a seeds ). Natural colors to ensure the best quality, most secure to the users hand.

2 RATIO & MIX

Raw materials are quantified, mixed in the mixer with a certain time to achieve uniformity and standard moisture.

3. BAKE

After being mixed, the material is put into autoclaves with strict time limits for ripening and sterilization. This process is very important to combine with the extrusion process to create the gelatinization of the dough. Ensure straws after finished products do not disintegrate in water.

4. PRESS THE MOLD

After steaming, raw materials are passed through extrusion stages to create semi-finished straws. The tube produced must be clear, of certain moisture and toughness.

5. CUT

After obtaining the semi-finished pipe, the tube is left to dry, then cut into equal parts according to the standard size to prepare for the drying step.

6 DRU

Suction pipes of equal size will be placed on a tray and put into the dryer to dry.

7. CLASSIFY

After drying straws will be selected again. Eliminate bent pipes, damaged pipes.

8. PACK

The final good pipe will be carefully packed and prepared for delivery to consumers.
