After fully preparing the necessary ingredients, rice flour is put into the mixer and continuously beaten with water until smooth. Once the rice flour has been beaten well, it will be placed in the tray to prepare for the next step.

3. Steam the dough

Pour the flour mixture evenly into the steamer and wait until steamed. After steaming, the finished product will be put into a granulator to avoid breakage, brittleness and increase durability.

4. Shape a straw

Rice flour through the machine is pulled into tubes. This machine will create dough into tubes about 3-4 meters long, which the worker will then cut into short pieces. Next, bring them back to the rack to sort and cut again (Typical drying time is 6 to 12 hours).
